1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by RoofGrow ("we", "us", "our").

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

RoofGrow provides:

  • Website design, hosting, and maintenance
  • CRM system (via GoHighLevel / LeadConnector)
  • SMS automation (including missed call text-back)
  • Review generation systems
  • Basic SEO structure

These services are designed to provide a business foundation.

We do NOT provide paid advertising or guaranteed lead generation services.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Leads or enquiries
  • Google rankings
  • Revenue or ROI

Results depend on:

  • Client responsiveness
  • Market demand
  • Competition
  • Business reputation

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Respond to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate business information
  • Use the system appropriately
  • Comply with UK GDPR, PECR, and marketing laws

5. SMS & Communications Disclosure

By using our services, you agree that:

  • Customers may receive SMS messages related to enquiries, follow-ups, and service communications
  • Message frequency varies depending on activity
  • Standard message and data rates may apply

Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

6. Payment Terms

  • Services are billed monthly in advance
  • Subscription pricing is agreed at the point of purchase and is currently £99/month unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are processed via Stripe or your sub-account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

All payments are non-refundable.

7. Usage-Based Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • SMS messages
  • Phone numbers
  • Calls or communication usage

These are billed separately or through your CRM account.

8. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that:

  • Services are custom-built
  • Work begins immediately
  • Value is delivered upon setup and activation

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks for services provided.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • We reserve the right to submit evidence of service delivery
  • This includes website completion, system setup, usage logs, and written agreement to these Terms

Fraudulent disputes may result in recovery action.

10. Setup & Delivery

Services are considered delivered when:

  • Your website is built and published
  • CRM and automations are configured

This applies regardless of whether you fully use the system.

11. Website & System Ownership

All websites, systems, automations, and infrastructure remain the property of RoofGrow.

You are granted access only while your subscription is active.

If your subscription ends:

  • Your website may be taken offline
  • Access to CRM and systems will be revoked

If you wish to retain your website, a buyout fee may apply (typically equivalent to 6–12 months of service).

12. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • No refunds are issued for unused time
  • No future monthly charges will be made after the cancellation becomes effective, unless separate usage-based charges remain due

After cancellation:

  • Services will stop
  • Systems and website access may be removed

13. Payment Failure & Suspension

If payment fails:

  • We may attempt to reprocess payment
  • If unpaid within 48 hours, services may be suspended

If payment remains unpaid:

  • Website and systems may be taken offline
  • Access may be restricted until payment is made

We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment.

14. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party platforms (e.g. GoHighLevel, Stripe, telecom providers).

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime or outages
  • Platform changes
  • Third-party costs

15. Acceptable Use

You must not use our services to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate UK GDPR or PECR
  • Engage in illegal or harmful activity

We may suspend accounts for misuse.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RoofGrow is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or business
  • Missed opportunities
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 30 days.

17. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” with no guarantees of uptime or performance.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services = acceptance of updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
